High-adhesion rubber-based pressure-sensitive adhesives are coated on both sides, covered with easily peelable kraft paper release material, and then composite-formed. The adhesive surface is easy to control, and no residue is left when peeled off.  Rubber-based double-sided plate mounting tape is specially designed for the printing industry.

It has excellent anti-creep performance and good shear resistance, leaving no residue when peeled off, making it convenient to replace plates. The glass fiber cloth base material is used to fix rubber or resin plates on printing rollers or resin sleeves. Its low initial adhesion facilitates precise positioning of plates, while its holding adhesion can prevent plate displacement during machine operation, improve printing quality, and reduce the rate of defective prints.

The adhesiveness of flexographic plate mounting tape increases with use. It is not easy to shift or curl at the edges when the printing machine runs at high speed. With stable quality, it is not easy to deform, effectively preventing the generation of plate – sticking bubbles. It has good aging resistance, good adhesion, and uniform thickness of the adhesive.
